Goya is a Parmesan style cheese from northern Lithuania. This wheel shaped cheese has a clean surface except for marks appeared from pressing. Texturally, the cheese is smooth with single cheese holes. Consistency lies between soft to hard an whitish-yellow in colour. As it ages, the cheese develops a strong, aromatic taste. Goya goes well on pasta, pizza’s and in salades.
