Brie is a soft cheese named after the French region Brie, where it was originally created. Brie is produced from the whole or semi-skimmed cow’s milk. Brie cheese is slightly pale in colour. Brie has a creamy structure and a nutty, tangy taste. Brie tastes good with Riesling, Pinot Grigio and Viognier. Always serve Brie at room temperature.
